Our servers must also take on-going continuing education courses to maintain their certification as mandated by the Judicial Branch Certification Commission. In addition, they are fully trained and tested in the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. We require all of these measures to help ensure all of your papers are effective service of process.

We even locate those individuals who really do not want to be found. If outside the above geographical area, we partner with other process servers for service of process of all civil court papers, subpoenas, and summons throughout Texas, throughout the United States, and throughout the World (Hague Service Convention, Inter-American Convention, Letters Rogatory, and Private Service).
