San Antonio Private Investigator
Crockett Global Group is a firm specializing in Forensic Genealogy & Heirship Research, Private Investigations and Land Services (a/k/a Landman Services).

Crockett Global Group provides Mobile Notary Services (a/k/a Mobile Notary Public Services).  We will travel anywhere within our coverage area to notarize documents and perform all other notarial acts – at a time and place most convenient to you.

We travel to offices, homes, hospitals, nursing homes, airports, and restaurants – just to name a few venues where we commonly meet with our clients.  Many times our clients want to save time and hassle by having us come to them; instead of our clients having to go to a notary’s office.  Other times our clients are hospitalized or homebound and our concierge notary services may be their only option for getting their documents notarized.

We perform notarizations both day and night, seven days a week.

Unlike some notaries, we notarize all legal documents within our authority including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Irrevocable Trusts, and other similar documents.  Performing notarial acts involving these types of legal documents may require the notary public, who notarized such legal documents, to testify in court at a later date.

Per the recommendation of the State Bar of Texas involving compliance with Texas House Bill 1683 and its ambiguous wording, all of the notary publics we utilize to notarize your documents, have their notary public identification number imprinted on their seals of office.  We require their notary commissions are current and seals of office are up-to-date with the new standards; all in order to reduce the risk of potential legal challenges to your notarized documents.

Our current mobile notary services coverage area includes – San Antonio, Alamo Heights, Helotes, Castle Hills, Balcones Heights, Leon Valley, Windcrest, Terrill Hills, Kirby, and all of Bexar County, as well as areas in adjacent counties (Atascosa County, Bandera County, Comal County, Guadalupe County, Kendall County, Medina County and Wilson County).

Please note Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loans are subject to Article XVI, Section 50 of the Texas Constitution and must be signed and closed in the office of a lender, attorney or title company.  We will travel to notarize HELOC loans, but we can only notarize these documents with all the parties present within the aforementioned offices.
